Shipping policy

We ship US$3 within Hong Kong, US$9 - 18 within Asia, and US$14 - 28 to the rest of the world (excluding USA).

Due to recent change in tariff laws, shipping to the US will be US$28 (express).

SAMPLE SALE shipping will be $35, we will refund extra shipping charged to all delivery charged about $35

ENJOY FREE SHIPPING : On all international orders over US$400, and on all local orders over US$100.

*Free shipping is not applicable for shipments with delivery into Middle East area, USA and Russia

Can I change my mind? You may be able to cancel your order at any time before your order is shipped. Please contact our Customer Care Team at info@matterreallymatters.com.

Can I return? Please make sure you've emailed us your interest to return the item within 7 days of delivery, with all of our returns policies being met with.
